Are there any recommended wearables for waking up?
I'm staying in several hostels during my travel in Japan but I am an extremely heavy sleeper. I know alarms are expected in hostels but I'd still prefer to avoid waking up others if I could. I've heard of the Pavlok watch but from what I can tell there are some quality worries with it (but there weren't many reviews so I can't really tell). Is there a general consensus among travelers whats the best way to wake up silently? via /r/solotravel http://bit.ly/2WnWnde
