What do you do when you get attached to somebody while travelling?
For around a year now, I've planned to come to Canada on a work permit. I arrived last night. Before coming here though, I went to South Korea solo for 3 weeks.
In Korea I met a girl. As somebody who has solo travelled before, partied and 'got around' a bit in the past sexually, it was out of character for me to be at the airport leaving Korea with tears in my eyes. I was anxious to move to Canada, but overall very excited - then I found myself dreading it because I just wanted to spend more time with this person.
Now here I am after one night considering just flying back. But there's also financial and social pressure to stay... I feel a bit lost.
But I am sure that this isn't the first time that this has happened. Have you experienced a similar situation? What did you do? Did you regret it?
