Planning my first solo travel - Please rate my route and offer any advice
So I'm planning my first solo travel through Europe and have come up with the following route.
My plans is to spend 3 months away with the first half taken up by relatively quick travel through Scandinavia to Germany and then over to Poland. I hope to take in everything from the fjords of Norway to the forests in Germany & Poland. The second half of my travel I want to stay in places a bit longer so have chosen Krakow because it's cheap and Valetta and Barcelona because I have friends their.
My plan is to take in as much of the great outdoors as possible on a budget of around £300 per week.
If you were doing this travel route is there anything you would add in one the way? Is there anything you would remove or would do differently? Is there anything I should be prepared for travelling between the countries?
Has anyone also had experience travelling with a laptop? Do you find hostels are secure enough to store such items?
