Moving from Flagstaff, AZ to TBA, WA, looking for fun things to stop for on the drive

Hi, my bf and I are moving to WA from AZ in the next couple of months. We aren't totally set on which city we're moving to, but we will be driving with all of our stuff in a UHaul, so some of the stuff that involves like, vehicles with good traction are probably out. We've looked all over for suggestions on what stuff is along the way that we could stop for, but we can't find much that fits that criteria. We are definitely going to see the Redwoods, and we live right by the Grand Canyon (but we want to see it one last time in the weeks before we move). Aside from that, we haven't found anything that we intend to stop for. We figure we'd rather camp in Yellowstone than break off for like, a couple hours and fast track it. Does anyone have any cool ideas for us to stop for? Thanks!

Edit: we haven't officially decided which route we want to take either, so this might help us decide that as well
