How does this "around the world" itinerary look?
I'm a 27M American who is being laid off from my job in Germany. Since I have been living in here I have hit Europe pretty hard. I thought it would be cool to go the long way around the world to get back home. As you can probably tell, this began as a SEA trip, but since I am flying over these places I might as well pay them a visit. As for what I like to do when I travel, I kind of like all of the above: nature, beaches, parting, food, historical stuff. Are there any places that I am spending too much or too little time at? I understand that this is a bit rushed, but this is all the time i have. I also need to shave one day off somewhere.
Also does Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam have a decent train system? If not what is the best way to get around.
Right now my itinerary looks something like this.
Dubai, UAE | Sep 29 - Oct 2
New Delhi, India | Oct 2 - 6
Singapore, Singapore | Oct 6 - 10
Phuket, Thailand | Oct 10 - 12
Bangkok, Thailand | Oct 12 - 17
Siem Reap or Phnom Penh, Cambodia | Oct 17 - 21
Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam | Oct 21 - 25
Na Trang, Vietnam | Oct 25 - 28
Hue, Vietnam | Oct 28 - 31
Phong Nha, Vietnam | Oct 31 - Nov 3
Hanoi, Vietnam | Nov 3 - 6
Hong Kong, Hong Kong | Nov 6 - 10
Seoul, South Korea l Nov 10 - 15
Osaka, Japan | Nov 15 -20
Tokyo, Japan | Nov 20 - 27
