First time solo - is my itinerary for Colombia too rushed?

Hi travelers! I will be doing my first solo trip next month in Colombia from June 6th to 24th, so I don't really have any experience. I'm male (27) from Slovenia and I mostly plan to explore/hike in the nature since I'm not a very social person, but I wouldn't mind to see some pretty architecture/museums. Can you please check my itinerary if it's any good:

6.6 - Plane from Ljubljana to Bogotá (arrival late at night 23:55)

7.6 - Bogotá (check city)

8.6 - Plane from Bogotá to Pereira then bus to Salento

9.6 - Salento (Cocora valley, Finca La Montaña, Santa Rita waterfall) then late bus to Pereira

10.6 - Early plane/bus from Pereira to Medelin (check city)

11.6 - Medelin (day trip to Guatapé)

12.6 - Medellín (check city) then take plane to Cartagena

13.6 - Cartagena (check city)

14.6 - Bus from Cartagena to Santa Marta

15.6 - Santa Marta (check city and beaches)

16.6 - Tayrona National Natural Park (explore park/beaches)

17.6 - Tayrona National Natural Park (explore park/beaches)

18.6 - Minca (Pozo azúl, Marinka Waterfalls, Los Pinos)

19.6 - Early bus to Santa Marta then plane from Santa Marta to Bogotá (check city)

20.6 - Take rented car from Bogotá to Villa de Leyva (stops: Catedral de Sal, Lake Guatavita, Suesca rocks, Los Monolitos, Desierto Del Checua)

21.6 - Take rented car from Villa de Leyva to Monguí (hike to Paramo de Oceta) and then return to Bogotá at night

22.6 - Bogotá (drive with rented car then hike to Siecha Lakes and after to the Reserva Biológica Encenillo)

23.6 - Bogotá (drive with rented car hike to Cascada la Chorrera and Cascada El Chiflón)

24.6 - Plane from Bogotá to home

I'm mostly afraid it's kind of rushed so I'm thinking of skipping Cartagena and also possibly Medellín, and stay at one place a little longer (Monguí?) or have another daytrip around Bogota or go explore some poorer region somewhere...

Do you think the itinerary is too rushed? Should I skip Cartagena (not sure if the buildings/arhitecture is worth it) or Medellín (not sure if a daytrip to Guatapé is worth it) or both? I'm planning to buy the plane tickets in advance - next week since they are cheaper that way, but how much time before should I book my accommodations?

Any tips, recommendations, questions are welcome! :)
