I feel like this question has been asked before but how do you handle it? I'm in Jordan now and heading to Egypt soon and feel a lot lonlier than I thought and have been before on other trips. I'm not sure if it's just that it's not a popular place now or if I'm just at the wrong hostels but I've not really been able to meet anybody. Obviously this is solo travel but it's still nice to meet people to have some people to hang out with. Hoping it gets better in Thailand since that's where I feel a lot of people go and I'll be there in about 2 weeks.
