SOLO Traveller looking for opinions on tour to book from Queenstown to Milford Sound New Zealand
Hey all. I have been in New Zealand for most of the month. I have been doing a lot of hiking, despite the less than ideal weather and have been enjoying myself; although the solitude has been rough. I do a lot of solo travel, and for whatever reason I have been having trouble meeting people to talk to here, but it's all good at least there is a lot of natural beauty.
Anyway, digressions aside--- I don't have as much time here as I thought I did and I want to go and see Milford Sound. I was unable to rent a car, cause I lost my Drivers License in the Burning Man desert so I have been taking busses and trains... tours... I was wondering for those who have booked a tour from Queenstown to Milford Sound, what tour did you use and did you enjoy it? Price (within reason) is not an issue for me, but I would like to do a tour where you hike around so the airplane ones don't interest me. I was looking at the BBQ Bus Milford Sound Tour, but was wondering if any of you had suggestions or have done this tour. Thanks ere'body (everybody)
