So, I am a 23 year old woman traveling to Mexico City for about a month and a half starting May 30th. I’ve read that things are a little more dangerous in Mexico for women than for men, and while this is not the first time I have solo traveled Mexico will be the most “dangerous” place I have solo traveled. I was mostly wondering if there is anything I should be more vigilant about, and anything I should absolutely avoid since I will be there alone. Is it very important that I use the women and children cars when using public transportation?

(And if anyone has any suggestions on a must see in CDMX I’ll take it ;p)
