Oregon Coast
Hello all! We are looking at renting a campervan from Seattle to do the Oregon Coast down to Crescent City, CA. We will have four days. I have camped the coast by motor home AGES ago when I was a kid, but I do remember some things we did (sea lion caves, Cannon Beach, dune buggies at the dunes), but are there any activities we would like to see as adults? I like oddities (like Atlas Obscura stops), and of course beautiful views or nature walks.
Also, are campsites plentiful at the end of September once tourism season is over? I remember some gorgeous state parks, but I have no idea if my parents booked ahead or not. We’d prefer to wing it and see where we end up at the end of the day.
Also, any suggestions for Seattle as well? We are doing some sports games and I have been to the waterfront, Pikes Place and Space Needle park before - cool places I may not know or think of?
