Need Help with Southeast Asia Itinerary, Please

38/m/American.
I've rented a motorcycle, and this is the route I have chosen, but I have ended up with an extra day that I can move around. I know this itinerary seems ambitious, but this is how I like to travel. This will be my second time to Vietnam. My first time to Laos (and Korea). I attached the amount of kilometers needed to drive each day. Obviously, it would be ideal to move the floating day to break up one of the long hauls, but there just isn't much in between. So, do any of these stops (days) warrant two days? A nice breather. A place that deserves a pause. I love history, nature, and a cold beer at the end of the day. Bonus, any thoughts on what to do with a single night in Seoul? Thanks in Advance!

Day 19 - FLOATING DAY - Can Be Moved Anywhere between Day 3 & Day 17
