Lesser known things to do (or bakeries to visit) in Chicago?
I'm taking my second solo trip next week (first one to a major city), and I'm currently trying to lay out an itinerary.
Altas Obscura and all of the travel sites are helpful, but I am curious if anyone here knows of some stuff that's more off the beaten path? I think the most obscure think I have right now is a 7am bird walk at the Nature Museum, and I'm not 100% sure if I'll be up for it.
Also, bakeries. I have a big sweet tooth and Google already knows to suggest bakeries when I open Google Maps, but if there are any recommendations I will take them. The only one I have right now is Floriole.
