How's this for a rough itinerary? First solo trip - three months in SE Asia

Apologies for another itinerary post, I'm a little lost and I could do with some guidance. On July 5 I will be embarking on my first solo trip in SE Asia having managed to get myself three months off work. I've read this sub extensively along with various blogs/guides and I've tried to come up with a rough plan, but I'd love for you to critique it. Here's what I have — bare in mind that I've only booked the flight into Singapore along with the first couple days worth of accommodation so far, so it can all be easily changed. I'm mainly going for culture, scenery and experiences, although of course I like the occasional drink. I'm also very keen to rent a scooter to do some (small) parts of the trip on — would appreciate some pointers on where the best places to rent one would be, or whether this is a stupid idea as I know the roads may be slightly more dangerous at that time of year with the rain. Budget is roughly £5000/£6000. I'll be 26 when I leave. In chronological order...

Singapore (two days): Literally only going because I want to see the Gardens in the Bay.

Thailand: Bangkok (three/four days). Chiang Mai (three/four days). Chiang Rai (one day). Chiang Khong (one day).

Laos: for a week or two. Haven't really figured it out yet. Might even miss it altogether!

Vietnam: Hanoi (three/four days). Maybe Sapa/Da Giang (motorcycle? two/three days). Cat Ba island/Ha Long Bay (two/three days). Phong Nha/Hang En cave (four/five days). Hue (two/three days). Da Nang (two/three days). Hoi An (two/three days). Qui Nhon (three/four days). Dalat (three/four days). Ho Chi Minh City (whatever time I have left).

Cambodia: Phnom Penh (two/three days). Kep (three/four days), Kambot (three/four days). Koh Rong Samloem (week or two). Siem Reap (four/five days).

Back to Thailand: Spend whatever time I have left (if I do) in the southern islands (Ko Samui etc).

I don't want to stick to a strict schedule — if I like a place I'd want to stay there rather than feeling like I have to tick off X, Y and Z. Is this realistic? Is there anything I should add or remove? Would travelling around be difficult? Thanks so much for your help!
