Greyhound is the worst!
How does a company like Greyhound manage to still operate? It's by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Not only are they constantly late or canceled but their customer service is the most pathetic thing I've ever seen before in my life.
Case in point: Bought tickets from Deadwood, SD to Denver, CO for September 13, 2019. The email confirmation says September 13. I printed off the tickets and the tickets say September 12.
Easy fix, right? Nope. Not at all. After an hour on the phone with Greyhound the only solution they had for me was to pay $20 to change the ticket. How about a refund? Nope. The tickets are nonrefundable.
So your system glitches and that's my fault?
Yeah f@ck you! I'm friends with the bank manager and so I disputed the charge. I'll get my money back and spend $400 to fly home cause f@ck you!
