Greece Ferry or Flight
I’m going to Athens for 3 nights in May and from there I plan to go to either IOS or Mykonos, most likely Mykonos. I’ve heard mixed reactions on taking a flight versus a ferry, I know the flight takes a lot less time but it’s also around €65 one way meanwhile a ferry is €38 round trip (I have an ISIC card so I get 50% off) but it takes 5.5 hours to get to Mykonos. I’m only planning to be there for 2 nights so I’m not sure which makes the most sense and would like some input. I’m also not sure if I should go to IOS instead because it’s almost 2 hours longer to get there compared to Mykonos and I can only get there by ferry but I could also potentially spend 2 nights in Athens and spend 3 nights in IOS if it’s worth it.
