My first solo travel trip! 20 year old female. My flights are booked for July 29th to August 15. I’m gonna spend 11 days in Thailand and 7 in Japan. In Thailand I’m planning: 4 days Bangkok, 3 days Chiang Mai, and 4 days Phuket. In Japan I want to do 4 days Tokyo and I’m not sure what other city to spend the remaining 3 days... Any recommendations? Also any recommendations on hostels and activities would be great. I know that the lunar festival should be taking place when I’m in Japan. I’m into hiking, museums, food, and partying!
