Hey solo travelers, I've been planning a solo trip for a while but I want to make sure everything that everything will come out as planned So my birthday is coming up, I'll be turning 21 and my family said that would financially help me to accomplish my trip. I have two main options which are either Italy or Thailand. TBH I have too many questions to ask so if I could DM any experienced travelers here it would be appreciated. These are some of the questions I have:

-How much money do I need approx? -What would be a good amount of time to spend on a first time trip? -What's all the documentation I need? -Any rookie mistakes to avoid? -recommendations on itinerary.
