30 days in Europe (F 25) is this reasonable?
Hi everybody, I’m travelling from NZ to Europe for August 2019 and what was going to be a spontaneous solo jaunt has now been scared into being ‘well thought out plan’ which I’m no good at, this is my first time travelling to Europe and also solo!
Currently landing in -London 3 nights -Amsterdam 2 nights -Berlin 3 nights (visiting a friend) -Munich 2 nights -Warsaw 2 nights -Prague 2 nights -Budapest 3 nights (Sziget festival) -Then meeting friends in Mykonos 2 nights, Athens 1 night before getting on a yacht for 6 nights -Flying Athens back to NZ
Budgeting around 4K to 5k nzd, excluding Greece. Is this reasonable?
And is eurail going to be my best option travel wise with this area?
Am I shortchanging myself with these short stays or is it about right? I don’t mind fast paced travel but I dislike having too much downtime when I’m by myself, but a little is nice,
I’m interested in history, movies/theatre, and clubbing/socialising side of things. We have a lot of beautiful scenery here in NZ so I haven’t prioritised the nature side of things with this itinerary (bar the Greek islands) but open to any and all suggestions!
Sorry for all the questions but I don’t know many people personally who have tried to travel like this and if someone tells me one more time to contiki the whole thing I’m going to flip my lid
Thanks in advance for your help!!
