2 Weeks in Ecuador

I know... it’s not enough time in Ecuador and it sucks. However unfortunately this is all the time I plan to spend in Ecuador as I have to rush through both there and Peru.

This is my itinerary so far.

Land in Quito 19/4 - Spend 4 nights here ( explore Quito) - spend a night in Secret Garden Cotopaxi

Would I have to book that now or could I stay at the sister hostel and sort it out there?

Also was looking at doing the Quilatoa Trip but not sure if that’s possible in a day.

After Quito... not too sure but either considering going to the Pacific Coast or the Amazon for 2/3 days

The rest of my time remaining would be spent in Cuenca and Guayaquil (maybe Banos).

Is this is a good itinerary for the short amount of time I have in Ecuador. Are there any recommendations you would suggest, something I could add or drop?
