Where should I go to escape my birthday?
I’m a 29F turning 30 on September 4th and I desperately do not want some big celebration for my birthday. I want to be overseas leaning/doing/experiencing something new in a new place. The only thing is I can’t decide where to go. I live in Australia but am from NZ so both of those countries are off the list in terms of ‘new’. Before moving to Melbourne I live in London for 2 years and have done almost all of europe, I also worked/travelled in the US for 7 months after uni and have done 4 months in SEA. So, long story short any recommendations? I was thinking perhaps Russia with a tour group and then South Korea alone? Or perhaps central or South America? But any and all suggestions welcome. Even just narrowing down the general region would help a lot because at the moment it just seems like far too large a space to reasonably research without recommendations. Thanks in advance x
