Solo travelling for 6 years now and about to visit Portugal.
Hi everyone, I'm an Italian fella dedicated to travelling. One day, six years ago, I was about to go on a travel with someone else that eventually dropped it and decided that that wouldn't have stopped me from going. I'm here now, six years later, two continents and 20 different countries, but haven't been in Portugal yet! My only plan is to land in Porto and go south to Lisbon and, eventually, take a peek at Morocco. I'm looking for any special advice from my fellow solo travellers on what in your travels there have stunned you the most, special go-to locations or tips in order to create an immersive experience based on information. I'm usually travelling knowing little of the city or place I'm going to visit other than main landmarks and similar, so this is to me an interesting experiment to assess any change in my travel style.
