3.5 months to Travel the world. Where Should I Go?

I'm an American 21M and am transferring from a college on the semester system to a quarter system, so I have June 1st to September 1st that I want to pack with experiences! I have about $5,000 I can put towards the trip and have backpacked before through europe for 5 weeks with some friends so I am somewhat well traveled. This time i definitely want to go solo because I want to learn a bit more about myself and met so many cool solo travelers on my last trip! I have been thinking about SEA for a while now, but the weather during these months is holding me back from pulling the trigger. Should I just say fuck it and go anyways? Maybe Easter Europe would be great to see that time of year instead?
