Would love some advice on solo travelling through Europe
So I've recently just come back from my first ever solo travel trip - 4 weeks in Vietnam (I'm 24M, Australian if that even matters). I absolutely loved every minute of it and it's made me more confident and self assured than I've been in a long time.
Over that month, I met and travelled with a quite a few Dutch and Germans and hearing them talk about their home countries has really sparked an interest in me possibly heading over there for my next trip which I hope will be at least 2 months (1 month felt so incredibly short, I didn't want to leave Vietnam). This most likely won't happen until next year as I need to save up some more money.
Currently, my very general plan is to do at least Amsterdam/Rotterdam, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Budapest --> basically heading in that general direction.
Questions:
-
What is your recommended total budget based on those cities?
-
Is it easier/cheaper to fly from city to city? Or are there trains/buses?
-
What are your personal recommendations on places to visit in Europe?
-
Any adventurous activities that you have done that you enjoyed?
