What are some good Europe destinations in March that aren't super cold?
Where are good Europe destinations in March? Some time just opened up for me in March and I'd like to go to somewhere in Europe... But I'm unfamiliar with the climates of the continent during this time.
March is an awkward month in the shoulder season. The bitter cold of winter is starting to end, but the warmth of Spring has barely begun.

I'm interested in visiting the Balkans, but I'm guessing it's still chilly in March? I would appreciate any insight from those who have braved the cold :-) . Open to all suggestions.

P.S. I have been to Central Europe during September-October of last year, for a frame of reference.
