Hello I’ve booked a trip to Portugal for the end of May. This is my first time in Europe and first time traveling solo. This is definitely out of my comfort zone. I will be there for 7 days and flying into Lisbon. I would like to spend a few days In Lagos, then the remainder in Lisbon. Can someone give me suggestion on the best places to stay for a 40 something guy. Are all the Hostels geared for the younger crowed or are there ones with a bit older crowds? I’m not sure about the whole hostel experience but I would like to go out of my comfort zone. I would also like to do a day trip to the Azores Islands if time permits. Any suggestions on accommodations sight seeing would be appreciated!
