Planning my first proper solo travel.
Hey everyone,
So I'm just about to graduate from university. I didn't take a gap year before, so I'm planning on setting off sometime in June and going around Europe (no idea where, suggestions from locals or travellers would be amazing). I went to Devon by myself last summer for a week just to explore and make sure I didn't get lonely but I loved it, waking up whenever and just going wherever I wanted and doing whatever I wanted, although I had a car and that made life a lot easier.
I want to plan the travelling and make plans on what to do, however ideally i want the plans to be flexible. For example if I really enjoy a place I want to be able to stay there until I am done exploring. Is this feasible, as obviously my budget isn't limitless as I will have just graduated.
Also has anyone on here gone around Europe whilst camping? Is it a lot cheaper as I enjoy camping anyway so it could be something to seriously consider but I also haven't seen or read much when searching about it. Im planning/hoping on travelling for at least 2 months so accommodation needs to be as cheap as it can be.
My life is hectic at the moment and I feel like I'm half-assing a lot of things, so I don't want to do the same with this trip as it is likely to be a once in a lifetime trip, the last time in my life I will have no responsibility (bills etc).
Just thought I'd introduce myself as I am planning on spending a lot of time on this reddit!
