Obligatory thank you and I did it shout out!!
So I’ve done day one of my six month solo travel. Reasons I’m feeling great:

Managed to get from Bangkok airport to the hostel despite the bus stop I was told to get to not existing

Crossed the road multiple times on my own (dear god the mopeds)

Went to a food market for lunch and was the only westerner in there

Made a friend at the hostel and went out to dinner with her
-
Saw some sights despite jet lag
-
6 bedroom dorm and only me in it!
But I wanted to post to give anyone a nudge who is thinking about it to DO IT. You all inspired me and all the above might seem like little things but this is my first time outside of Europe on my own and the culture shock is real!
