Few days in Burma just to visit Bagan - worth it?
I'm already in SE Asia and I have a few spare days. I am pretty interested in visiting Myanmar just to go to Bagan.
Would 4-5 days in Burma be enough? I.e. arrive in Yangon, get bus (?) to Bagan area, spend 2 days (?) in Bagan, then get bus back to Yangon and leave? Or is that vastly too little time?
Also, would you say this plan is worth it? And do you think I would spend much more money doing this than I would somewhere else in SE Asia?
