Ask r/solotravel: What planning/discovery tool do you wish existed?
Hi All
Bit of an open question. Let me explain
1 - I'm a dev with free time
2 - I like travel
3 - I like finding hidden gems
What are your tricks/tips for finding great things when you are trip planning? Or what is something you wish you do more easily and always wanted someone to develop the tool. Go crazy.
Few off the top of my head:
1 - Would be cool to see where famous people have checked into. Mostly would be cool for chefs or people like that
2 - A tool that told me which locations have been getting the best tripadvisor reviews in the last 6 months. I find heaps of places might be well reviewed but if you check their reviews for the last 6 months the service or food quality could have dropped from not being able to keep up with the demand
