Hey fellow adventurers, I'm thinking of going to China for 2 weeks (end of Sept to beginning of October). I'd be flying into Beijing from Canada. I'd like some help on an itinerary but I'm not sure where to start. I've only just started researching about it. My interests include: off the beaten path activities, outdoor adventures and nature, hiking, food and drink, nightlife. I definitely want to see the main attractions, but probably my least favourite thing to do when travelling is sightsee buildings and architecture.
