My mom (50s) and I (25) are doing a 2 week trip in July. We are taking the Interrail and leaving from Sweden. Any ideas on which country/countries we should hit? Greece and Italy are out as I have plans to visit them with my boyfriend. We'd prefer countries on the cheaper side and that are safe. We don't want to do any boating or water activities. Basically we want a relaxing trip. Laying on the beach is okay. It would be great to find somewhere that wasn't super hot, but I'm guessing all of Europe is pretty hot in the summer time. We aren't into super touristy, crowded places either. What we are into is beautiful scenery, good food, and taking it easy. Any ideas?
