Where's your line between safety and spontaneity?
Hi all! I've been lurking on this sub for a little bit now and have enjoyed reading everyones stories and have taken advice from the some of the mistakes. I'm now overseas myself for a semester abroad in London and I'm planning on doing as much traveling as I can while I'm here. I'm a 20 year old female and I'm a little apprehensive about traveling solo but I'm also looking forward to it. I want to be safe when I'm on my own, but I also don't want to miss out on any opportunities because I was overly cautious.
I guess my question is how do you guys weigh your options when you're traveling before deciding to do something that could be considered a little risky? Or at least do you have an advice on what I should take into consideration? Thanks!
