Where should I stay during my travels?
Next year I'll be traveling for at least a year through Asia and Europe and possibly Oceania. I'm not sure where I should stay though. A lot of people keep talking about hostels but I'm an introvert and a gremaphobe so I can't imagine enjoying sharing a room with a bunch of people. I was thinking using airbnb but I've never used them before I've only ever stayed in hotels. Are airbnb's good for solo traveling? Are they safe? I would stay in hotels but nice ones are so expensive. Are there any other places I could stay at during my travels? I haven't narrowed it all down yet but these are all the countries I'm considering visiting if that helps:
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Czech Republic, Scotland, Spain, England, Germany, Romania, Greece, France, Italy, Ireland, Iceland, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Lithuania, Russia, Australia, New Zealand.
