Traveling around Europe in the fall
Hi guys! I'm currently planning a European trip in May-June, but my leave of absence from work will probably be rejected. So, as a backup plan, October-November will most likely be my timeframe. The original plan was Rome, Florence, Munich, Vienna, Berlin and maybe the Netherlands/Belgium if time allows.
My question for y'all is: how much will the weather change during that time? Will I be able to take a train over the Alps or will there be snow blocking the way? Any general tips for traveling during those months that wouldn't apply to the spring/early summer?
Sorry if these are dumb questions. It'll be my first time visiting Europe. Thanks for any and all responses :)
