Planning a month or so in Europe and have lots of questions

I’ve only left the country once before (Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Iceland) for a few weeks with my then best friend who honestly took charge of everything for me.
I want to go back for a month or so in the summer time. My birthday is July 27 so I’m thinking mid-July to mid-August? My family is German so I definitely want to spend a week or two in Berlin. I love the sun, I love being outside, I love meeting new people, dancing, animals, gay pride, social/political activism, art, adventures, and vegan food.
I’m interested mainly in Spain, Italy, and Greece but I’m completely open to suggestions
•is this a good/bad time to go? •I’ve been told about work exchange programs-are these worth looking into? I don’t mind working for a few weeks-month in a new place but I’ve never done this so idk what’s expected •I’m a stripper- are there any clubs in Europe I can work at or should I plan to not work at all? •should I rent a car? Would I need a license or otherwise special paperwork? •I never really use public transit and it gives me anxiety (i have ptsd) is a Eurail Pass the way to go? Can I just walk onto a bus and pay for it or do I need to purchase a ticket beforehand? Is there underground transit? Am I missing anything? I’m clueless here as you can tell, I’m so sorry •are there any festivals I should look out for? •hostels or AirBnBs? Is it weird if I get a shared Airbnb? Worth it to get an entire place to use the kitchen/laundry if staying a month? •should I hop around lodging from week to week in different areas or is it smart to stay in one or two areas? •I’m currently learning German using Duolingo and while I know I can get by with English I will be nowhere near fluent and was wondering if there’s anything specific I should learn? Any ignorant American things I may be unaware of? •should I seek out smaller cities instead of just big international ones? •are any of these places NOT lgbtq+ friendly? While I’d like to be in the scene, it’s okay if these places are not super gay but I don’t want to be harmed for public display of gay •can I find weed at any of these places •do any of these places have good night life or close especially early (I’m used to a 24 hour city) •I’m thinking of $10,000 as a budget is this reasonable? Last time I spent about $2,000 but this will be a longer trip and I don’t want to worry about emergencies or limit myself from any experience •am I missing anything?
I’m terrified to travel alone especially out of the country as a woman but if I wait for other people to be able to come with me I’ll be waiting forever (already waited 5 years) and I need to explore the world and other cultures. Am I missing anything? Am I in over my head? Is this ridiculous? Am I thinking too much? Not enough? Pls help I’m dying
