Hi all, was looking for advise from other solo travellers on renting good mountain bikes (like full suspension) and doing routes abroad, particular in China (Tibet/Yunnan). What are the quality of bikes like, where can you rent and is it generally safe? Are there activity groups you can do this with? Expected costs?

I will be travelling solo between a few countries, so cannot transport a bike with me. I am a beginner or mountain biking, but have done 2/3 day road cycling tours before.
