Help with Cuba itinerary

I'm flying into Havana with 2 other friends in a couple of weeks (Jan 20). The planned itinerary so far is:

3 nights in Havana

3 nights in Vinales

3 nights in Trinidad

Then my 2 friends are going home, and I'm deciding how much longer I should stay and where I should go. Currently I'm thinking of maybe going to Cienfuegos and fly back from Santa Clara. I'm not sure if going further to Camaguey or Santiago de Cuba is worth the distance?

Since it's my first time to Cuba, I'm not sure how easy solo traveling is, although I'm fairly experienced in solo travel, so I suspect it should be ok.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
