So far, we plan to rent a car outside of NYC and spend a day there, and then the next day drive to Niagara falls and spend the night in Toronto. I'm not sure how to break up the trip because we want to visit Ottawa for sure but also both Montreal and Quebec City. And, ideally we would spend a full day in each city and not stay in the same city on the return trip.
