Colombia for 2 weeks in November 2019!!
Hey everyone, so I (28M) am in the process of planning a 2 week Columbia trip in November 2019. Would appreciate if you guys can comment on my itinerary (good/bad?), any suggestions?
Will be landing in Bogota to start the trip. Here is my projected itinerary so far:
- 2 days in Bogota
- Flight from Bogota to Pereira or Armenia to go to Salento for 2 days
- Bus/fly to medellin from Pereira/Armenia. Will spend 4 days in Medellin and 1 night in Guatape.
- After that, i have about 5 days left till i fly back home. Where would you guys and girls recommend I go after Medellin? What are some of the "must travel" to places?
I like partying, nature etc. Pretty open to basically any suggestions. Some of the options i have come across so far have been Cartagena (hearing a lot of negative about the place), Minca (literally to check out casa elemento for those popular hammocks), Palomino, Jardin, santa Marta.
Also, would be open to hearing some recommendations on Hostels to stay at. Interested in staying at social hostels where people are gona be meeting up and partying/adventuring together.
