Two months in New Zealand or three weeks in Taiwan?
Hello guys! So I'm wondering where I want to go next year and I first thought about some longer trip to New Zealand. I live in Germany and I'd say my budget is about 2000-3000€. As I am a woman I think it would be pretty safe in New Zealand and I would love to see the amazing nature of these two islands. Recently I also got the idea of going to Taiwan for a shorter period of time, mostly because it's a whole different and very interesting culture and also has some interesting nature. A friend of mine also told me that Taiwan is a really good starting country for getting to know Asia, as it is really safe and also clean (which is really important to me).
Now I'm not sure anymore what I'd rather like to do. I'm still studying and would take a semester off to go to New Zealand, Taiwan I could do in summer between semesters. Maybe some of you visited both or one of those countries and can tell me what you think!
