Starting next week, a few friends and I are going to be taking a 3ish week long road trip. We have be planning for months, and one of the biggest things we wanted to do was see National Parks, especially places like Grand Canyon & Joshua Tree.

Now, as many of you know, the government is likely to shut down and this national parks and monuments will be closed. Are there still ways to visit these places during the shutdown?
