Stove for 2-3 people, car camping, perhaps a few backpacks
Hiya.
Going to roam around the West from Washington to California, hitting up parks and so forth.
-What will be easy to get fuel for in physical stores?
-Is it possible I'll need to stock up on fuel before beginning?
-Is there anything with refillable fuel containers so that I'm not throwing away empty cans of gas to trash heaps?
-Regarding size, it would be nice to sautee. Seems like most backpacking stoves that's not too doable since stoves are small. We can do with small soups. One pot meals are pretty sensible.
-What's most economical, in terms of fuel burnt for time used? Do some stoves take longer to boil water and make your soup, ultimately costing more?
-It would be nice to to bring the stove if we want to backpack a few nights. I know that will drastically reduce the size of what I can cook.
-Do many stoves come with pots/pans to use, or will I need those myself? O figure a coleman grill, that you find your own cooking gear, but what about a jetboil?
-What pots/pans would you recommend?
