Hi folks

I hope you guys can help us (my girlfriend and I).

We are arriving from Denmark to Boston the 3rd of September, and we're going home the 26th of September.

The car rental prices are out of this world, I am the unfortunate age of 24 and have to pay a colossal fee for being under 25. Additionally, we want to leave the car in Miami, which is another $450.

These things are breaking our bank. Furthermore, we noticed there's a lot of warnings about extra fees that might apply when paying at the location.

Do you guys recommend anything? Should we skip the car and use Turo (rent a car in each city) and use public transport/bus/train to move between cities?

What are your suggestions, should I post to a different subreddit, anything else?
