Can I get from St Louis to Nashville in 5 hours in December?
Hey Guys, I grew up in Hawaii, so I'm not familiar with long distance driving on the mainland, and I'm less familiar with driving in winter.
I'll be visiting family in St Louis around Christmas, and I thought it would be cool to head over to Nashville on 12/30 to watch the Tennessee Titans and Marcus Mariota play a game.
The game is at noon on the 30th. I have to be at a wedding on the 29th, so I'm thinking I'd leave the house at 4am or so and head toward Nashville. Google says it's about 305 miles, and should take 4 hours and 27 minutes.
I know the weather can't be predicted, but assuming normal early winter conditions, should I have any trouble with that trip?
As an alternative, I could also head due west and catch a Kansas City game instead.
I'd appreciate any advice.
Thanks
