Advice on what to take on one-way RV cross-country trip?
This one is tricky because I'm flying from Boston to Kansas City, MO where I pick up a giant RV and then a few of us (including some kids) are driving all the way to Oregon over the course of about 9 days. We have a fixed round (and schedule for that matter) because we're following along a solar powered car race. Because we're flying to the start, have a limit to the amount of stuff I can bring. I do have family at the end of the trip so I can dump / donate stuff there. I'm planning to take key things from here in Boston and then stop at a Walmart in Kansas City and pick up whatever else we need.
I've found the standard RV camping checklists online like this and this, but those kind of assume you start and end in the same spot. Would love any thoughts you have!
