5 days in Slovenia (Triglav park, Ljubljana)
I'll be in Slovenia solo for 5ish days this July. I definitely want to do some hiking in Triglav national park as well as see Ljubljana. I'm having difficulty finding 1-2 day hiking routes through the park that are accessible from the Lake Bohinj area. I'd also like some ideas of things to see in Ljubljana. Here's a rough itinerary:
Day 1: Bus in from somewhere in Italy to Ljubljana then bus to Bled (or direct if I can). Explore the town in the evening.
Day 2: Lake Bled in the morning, walk over to Vintgar Gorge in the afternoon, take bus to Lake Bohinj.
Day 3: Take trail into Triglav park, day hike or overnight hike
Day 4: Morning: Either finish Triglav hike or walk around the Lake, then bus to Ljubljana.
Day 5: Walk around Ljubljana, (night bus? to Prague)
