Recommendations for a 10-day Europe hiking/adventure-style trip?
I need some help identifying a good place to spend 10 days this August.
Based on my research so far, I've looked at the Tour du Mont Blanc and parts of the Austrian Alps. I'm still seeking more ideas so if you have one, please tell me and I'll research it.
Essentially, here is what I'm looking for:

Hiking from hostel to hostel during the day (likely solo)

Staying at each hostel for two or so days and doing cool local excursions (paragliding, kayaking, whitewater rafting, mountain biking - just some examples- doesn't need to have all of these). Also into history stuff and I noticed that I can do stuff like visit Hitler's bunker on one of the trips which is pretty awesome.

Good food around each place.

Bonus: if they've got massages that'll be great.

I know the title says Europe, but I am also open to S. America, Europe, or Asia.
If you've been to Lauterbrunnen, then that's the kind of experience I'm seeking. For example, I'd start out in Stechelberg, check out the Schilthorn, then spend the next day making my way to Murren. Stay there the night and then move onwards to wherever.
Does anyone have any recommendations for the kind of trip I'm seeking?
