Cuba or Central America for 2 week solo trip
I'm a 26/m and I've just booked off (a little over) 2 weeks worth of holiday in May/June. However, I'm undecided as to where I should go. I'm looking for an adventure, great beaches, perhaps surf, but I'd also love to meet people / party a little. Last year I spent 2 months traveling around Argentina, Chile, Peru and Bolivia and had the best time, but had to cut my travels short.
Cuba's always been a dream of mine, however I'm a little apprehensive of spending 2 weeks there solo. I don't speak much spanish, and I understand that there's not really a hostel vibe in Cuba, so my worry is that I wont get to meet many fellow travellers / could get lonely?
My other option is Central America, either Mexico, Costa Rica or Colombia. I'd love some advice and opinions on these places!
