Aussie 1st time road tripping along west coast. Any suggestions appreciated
Myself & 3 other friends are visiting the US for the first time in late June & was hoping for some local recommendations for food/bars/must visits. A little about ourselves, we're all 27 years old and LOVE food (willing to try almost anything), enjoy sightseeing and all casual photographers. Looking to do some shopping in Portland.
This is our itinerary: 27th June: Land in SF in the morning
28th June: drive up to Crescent City early afternoon
29th June: morning - do a hike around Redwood National Park then drive off to Crater Lake N.P. to spend the night
30th June: Check out Crater Lake + National park then drive out to Oregon coast up to Otter Rock and rest overnight. 1st - 3rd July: Drive up to Portland and stop over at Woodburn Outlet
4th - 6th: Seattle
7th - 8th: bus to Vancouver
9th - 13th: roadtrip around Jasper & Banff then back to Vancouver
14th - 16th: Fly back to SF on the 14th and back to Sydney on the night of 16th.
