A few weeks in Egypt - Airbnb or Hostel?
I’m about halfway in through my first long solo trip, and at the end of the month I’ll be headed into Egypt for a few weeks. During this time I’ll be spending a good bit of time in Cairo, Aswan, and Luxor and I wanted to get some opinions on what some people who may have been recommend.
I’m a fairly social person, and I love to be around and meet new people. I’m not the best at introductions but I feel like I’m really good at holding a good conversation after. I gather that an Airbnb would be more private and probably a little nicer, but I’m not sure how many people I’d get to meet, even if it was just over breakfast.
That being said, I don’t know anything about the quality of hostels in Egypt, which is why I wanted to ask around before committing to anything.
